Green River

By August of 2023 the Green River Distillery had been officially revived and had made a substantial comeback as a brand, but lacked a unique and consistent visual identity to separate their brand from every other whiskey. After years of prior collaborations and personally noticing this opportunity, I pitched an entire creative branding campaign to Green River focused on a nostalgic editing style similar to 35mm film with respect to Green River's deep history and a warm, complementary color scheme which seemed to resemble much of their current presence. With the initial guidelines being a photo catalog that says "Ready for the weekend" and the goal of expanding to a younger target audience, leading to an outdoor travel-based campaign, what started as a personal five-part spec project turned into a marketing backbone for Green River which opened the door for extensive collaborations and adaptations spanning into countless social media, online, and out of home advertisements throughout Kentucky and beyond.
